Your tasks
- Spot checks on the execution of installation work and its function
- Ensuring quality, carrying out assembly checks and maintaining pending lists
- Controls of management, payment on account and final invoices
- Ensuring costs and deadlines
- Support during commissioning and test phase
- Carrying out factory tests
- Checking the building documentation
Our requirements
- Successfully completed studies with a focus on heating, cooling, ventilation, sanitary engineering or comparable technical training
- Competence in dealing with all relevant regulations and legal provisions (SIA, SWKI, etc.)
- Holistic understanding of technically complex interrelationships and knowledge
- High level of communication skills and strong ability to think and work in an interdisciplinary team
- Dynamic approach and great skill in organizing complex structures and processes
- Goal- and result-oriented approach and a working style characterized by independence and personal responsibility
