For the location Germany (Hamburg)
Your tasks
- Independent and autonomous coordination, supervision and quality control of the trades on the construction site
- Creating schedules and monitoring construction progress as well as checking measurements and invoices
- Acceptance of construction work, identification of defects and monitoring of their timely rectification
- Interface management between the parties involved on the construction site
- Keeping the construction diary and ensuring complete documentation
Our requirements
- Competence in dealing with all relevant regulations and legal provisions (HOAI, VOB, LBO etc.)
- Holistic understanding of technically complex interrelationships and knowledge of the planning process in accordance with HOAI
- High level of communication skills and strong ability to think and work in an interdisciplinary team
- Dynamic approach and great skill in organizing complex structures and processes
- Goal- and result-oriented approach and a working style characterized by independence and personal responsibility
